All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale. All prices are correct at time of publishing. Eurotech Online Ltd reserves the right to amend pricing and all pricing shall be confirmed at the time of order.

Whilst every effort has been made to provide current photographs, descriptions and specifications on Eurotech Online Ltd and all featured manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications, illustrations, model numbers and appearance of any item without prior notification and therefore will not be held responsible for any variations.

Parcel Force Express24 next day tracked and traced gives me a fast reliable service and peace of mind that the item will be delivered within 24 hours.

Generally, deliveries to UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail or Parcel Force are estimated to be received within two to three working days. Subject to an Order being placed. We aim to deliver your Royal Mail First Class Recorded item the next working day, or within three days if you use Second Class. Parcel Force Order next day tracked and traced giving a fast reliable service and peace of mind that the item will be delivered within 24 hours. Subject to contact name and contact number provided, required by courier for processing of delivery.

All transactions being accepted by Eurotech Online Ltd before 4.00pm on a working day (a working day is a day other than weekends and bank/public holidays) and provided no additional security checks are required and the Goods are available. Whilst we will always do our best to ensure that deliveries take place within a reasonable period of time and within the time scale specified, a delay may sometimes occur which is entirely beyond our control

It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery of the good at the agreed delivery date. If the goods cannot be delivered you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

Eurotech Online Ltd cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of late or delayed delivery of the goods.

When a bank receives the transaction data, this type of encryption is a requirement in order for the transaction to be processed.

We are compliant certified with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). So you can rest assured that with Authorize.Net, transactions will be processed securely.


Eurotech Online Ltd operates a 14 day money back guarantee for its products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase unused and in its original packaging for a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order /invoice number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods,

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.

Eurotech Online Ltd are not under any obligation to accept returns of unwanted or unsuitable goods and will only do so in their absolute discretion. In any event returned goods will not be accepted unless they are unused and undamaged and in the original packaging. The goods must be returned complete with all parts, components, accessories and manuals. You will be charged the cost of replacing any missing items or repairing any damage.

Goods may be subject to additional charges at Eurotech Online Ltd discretion. This is because it is unlikely that we will be able to sell the good to another buyer at full price. Refunds will only be paid after Eurotech Online Ltd have inspected the returned goods and after deduction of collection and restocking charges and the cost of repairing any damage or replacing missing items.

If any order is received damaged or missing, notification must be received within 24 hours of delivery (to allow for claims to be made against the carrier).

If you believe the product to be defective upon arrival please return it with a copy of the original invoice for a replacement or a refund.


You may normally cancel your purchase prior to the item being delivered subject to that item not having been dispatched. There will be a cancellation fee depending on payment type (credit card 2.75%).

If it has been dispatched, cost of return is at customer’s expense.

The Goods shall be payable at the prices listed on the Eurotech Online Ltd website at the time of the Order. Eurotech Online Ltd reserves the right to update prices on the Eurotech Online website. All prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling.

We offer 5 methods of payment:

1. Credit/Debit Card - we have the facility to take card payments in the website or over the phone. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Debit/Credit cards Visa/Electron/ MasterCard/Maestro/Solo. 2. Bank Transfer - you can pay us directly into our bank account. Please contact us for the details. We do charge for all items before it is ready to ship. Goods paid for by transfer will be dispatched when the payment reaches our account. 3. Cheque - Goods paid for by cheque will be dispatched as soon as the cheque has cleared into our account. We do charge for all items before it is ready to ship. 4. PayPal - PayPal allows any business or individual with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online 5. Collection - Goods can be collected in person and paid by card/cash.

All prices shown on the website are exclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax).

Occasionally an error may cause the price published or advertised for Goods to be incorrect, in which case Eurotech Online Ltd shall be under no obligation to honour the incorrect price.


We regret to inform you that products marked as spare/replacement parts do not come with any warranty. This includes cables, blades, switches, springs, heating elements etc. This is due to wear and tear, mishandling equipment damaged, altered or abused accidentally or intentionally modified by unqualified service personnel.

For example an electric heating elements are not supplied with any warranty, if your original element has blown you may have an underlying problem that has led to the eventual failure of the element, if the original cause of the failure is not rectified then you risk blowing the new element. For this reason heating elements cannot be supplied with any warranty.

Eurotech Online Ltd makes no warranty whatsoever in respect of items which it does not manufacture. Eurotech Online Ltd shall however assist the buyer to obtain the benefit of any applicable warranties given by a third party manufacturer or distributor.

Eurotech Online Ltd cannot be held responsible in the event of a manufacturer or distributor being unable to provide warranty, including labour and/or parts where the manufacturer or distributor has discontinued a product for any reason and parts are no longer available.


Please note that all parts should always be diagnosed, installed and tested by a suitably qualified and trained person.
