• Parts order shipped in bulk to keep cost down. A minimum order must be fulfilled for it to be viable to import.

2. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
3. Credit/Debit Card - we have the facility to take card payments in the website or over the phone..
4. Order email confirmation will be sent to keep you upto date.
5. Regular email updates will be sent upto the date of shipment.
6. Delivery confirmation sent confirming arrival of parts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONDITION OF USE

All orders are subject to our full terms and conditions of sale. All prices are correct at time of publishing. Eurotech Online Ltd reserves the right to amend pricing and all pricing shall be confirmed at the time of order.

Whilst every effort has been made to provide current photographs, descriptions and specifications on Eurotech Online Ltd and all featured manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications, illustrations, model numbers and appearance of any item without prior notification and therefore will not be held responsible for any variations. 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All imports to UK via agent Active Freights Management Ltd to complete all required paperwork, including customs paperwork, import duty and tax (20% vat) fees. All imports to UK are liable to Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%, is levied on the sale of goods or services by UK businesses.

All deliveries to UK mainland addresses via Royal Mail or Parcel Force are estimated to be received within two to three working days

Whilst we will always do our best to ensure that deliveries take place within a reasonable period of time and within the time scale specified, a delay may sometimes occur which is entirely beyond our control

IMPORTS

PAYMENT & PRICES

The Goods shall be payable at the prices listed on the Eurotech Online Ltd website at the time of the Order. Eurotech Online Ltd reserves the right to update prices on the Eurotech  Online website. All prices are quoted in British Pound Sterling.

REPLACMENT PARTS/SPARES WARRANTY

We regret to inform you that products marked as replacement/Spares parts do not come with any warranty.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your purchase prior to the item being imported subject to that item not having been dispatched. There will be a cancellation fee depending on payment type (credit card 2.75%). Eurotech Online Ltd reserves the right to cancel order if minimum order is not meet.

DAMAGED OR MISSING

If any order is received damaged or missing, notification must be received within 24 hours of delivery (to allow for claims to be made against the carrier). Carrier might request photo of damage, and must be kept in its original packaging for a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.

REPLACEMENTS

If you believe the product to be defective upon arrival please return it with a copy of the original invoice for a replacement or a refund.

RETURNS OR UNWANTED

The cost of importing, we regret to inform doesn’t offer money back guarantee for products imported. Before you buy, ensure you purchase the right product.
